First thing i’d like to mention is what amazing people Katy and Chad are! We needed a last minute rental car Christmas Eve afternoon. At such short notice and with it being Christmas Eve we knew we’d be hard pressed to find any or find anyone open. They were closed however Chad and Kathy took time out of their holiday afternoon to come open up the office to help us. That in and of itself is beyond the call of duty but it got even better. We chatted with them like they were long lost friends. Amazing customer service, and the price for an intermediate size car was literally HALF the price of what Enterprise was charging for an Economy car! Above and beyond doesn’t even come close to the service we received. It felt like borrowing a car from a friend. This will now be the only place we will rent a car from. Support your local businesses folks, especially Katy and Chad’s! Thank you guys for making our trip less stressful and more enjoyable!!
